My first project tonight (as promised) is this fun little TREAT SLEEVE! In the video I ran through how to create a sleeve for any box - showing you how I measured my treat and added up the measurements to figure out the score lines. This can be used for just about anything!

I love sleeves like this because they are easy peasy!!!

I purchased these Halloween PEEPS at Walgreens.

We had a whole bunch of FALL FUN tonight! Here's a CLASSIC LAYOUT using the SCARY CUTE BUNDLE with CELEBRATE EVERYTHING DESIGNER SERIES PAPER. I think the TIME WORN 3D EMBOSSING FOLDER works great on Halloween cards - what do you think?

The haunted house uses a FAUX EMBOSSING technique. Add shinny packing tape to a scrap of cardstock and die cut or punch - super quick and easy with a glossy look.

Dimensions:

• Basic Black  8 1/2" x 5 1/2" & scrap
• Basic Gray 4" x 5 1/4"
• Celebrate Everything DSP 2" x 4 1/2" &3/4" x 4"
• Basic White 4" x 5 1/4"
• Crushed Curry scrap

 

I love how easy this treat box is! It's large enough to fit some really good treats or a gift card or jewelry. I plan to use this box layout for all kinds of occasions.

What a great treat set!

BOX Dimensions:

• Basic Gray 9 3/4" x 5 1/2" scored on the long side at 3 1/2", 4 1/2", 8" & 9"  Scored on the short side at 1" & 4 1/2"
• Celebrate Everything DSP 2 @ 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"; 4 @ 3/4" x 3 1/4"
• Basic Black scrap
• Crushed Curry scrap

I love coloring the BLACK & WHITE GINGHAM RIBBON with STAMPIN' BLEND MARKERS. So many color options. I used Dark Daffodil Delight for this project.

And here's another technique using a clear acrylic block for a stamp called BLOCK STAMPING. I used the H size and added Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry and Mango Melody inks to the block with SPONGE DAUBERS. Mist with a water SPRITZER and stamp. So very pretty! This SOFT SEEDLINGS stamp set is definitely a favorite of mine.

• Rich Razzleberry 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
• Very Vanilla 5" x 3 3/4" & 4" x 5 1/4" (inside)
• Mango Melody 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
• Copper Foil 2 @ 1/2" x 5 3/8"

This card is so rich and gorgeous! Big thank you to my team member Deon Miller - she designed this beauty! I tried a couple different color combos - I would love to play around and try other color combos too!

Cutting & Scoring: 

• Cajun Craze  10 1/2" x 4 1/4" score @ 1/2", 1 3/4", 3 3/4", 5”, 3” x 5” score @ 1/2", 1 3/4"
• So Saffron  4” x 4”, 4” x 1 3/4", 3/4” x 2 3/4"
• Very Vanilla  4” x 5 1/4" (back), 3” x 2 3/4"
• Distressed Gold 2 3/4" x 3”
• Metallic & Shimmer Specialty Paper 3 7/8” x 3 7/8”, 3 7/8” x 2 5/8”, 4” x 1/2" (back)

Instructions:

• Fold both Cajun Craze layers on all score lines (all of the folds are in the same direction).
• Adhere the two larger layers of the specialty paper to the So Saffron layers that are 1/8” larger than the specialty paper.
• Adhere the square layer in the largest portion of the larger Cajun Craze layer leaving an equal border along the top and the right and left side and the rectangular layer in the 3^rd section of the largest Cajun Craze layer.
• Adding Tear & Tape to the 1/2” section, remove the paper from the tape and fold up on the 5” score line & fold down on the 1 3/4" score line and press down on the tape to form the stand up portion of the card.
• Add drops of Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Pumpkin Pie ink refill to the baby wipe and use this as your ink to stamp the wreath and the small leaves on the smaller layer of Very Vanilla. You can also stamp some of the small leaves on the larger layer of Very Vanilla for the back of your card.
• Use the coordinating dies to cut out the wreath and small leaves.
• Adhere the Distressed Gold Layer to the smaller layer of Cajun Craze & add the wreath with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Add Tear & Tape to the 1/2" section and remove the paper.  Fold along the 1 3/4" score line and line this up along the top of the stand up card and center it horizontally and press down to adhere.
• Add Tear & Tape to the bottom back portion of the pop up piece and folding the stand up portion at the 5” & 1 3/4" and the pop up portion at the top, press down the bottom portion.
• Stamp the Greeting on the So Saffron layer and punch the ends. 
• Adhere the greeting to the front of the card with Stampin Dimensionals and then add the three little leaves using liquid glue and some small pieces of dimensionals.
• Adhere the layer to the back of the card.
• Add ribbon and some of the gold pearls to embellish the card.
