Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop - Summertime Blues

Welcome to the STAMPER'S DOZEN BLOG HOP tonight! I'm so excited to be sharing some MONOCHROMATIC cards with you using a couple of the gorgeous blues that Stampin' Up! has with this new Annual Catalog!!!! You'll find a video tutorial below for the cards I'm sharing here:

I chose the SUN PRINTS DESIGNER SERIES PAPER to go with Gray Granite and Starry Sky - OH MY!
I pulled from all my blues to figure out a color/texture combo for my monochromatic cards with a SUMMERTIME BLUES theme. I thought the IN COLOR GLIMMER PAPER would go great with my idea and those IN COLOR MATTE DOTS are perfect too!
This is a fun fold - I like the striped paper on the right side - from the SUN PRINTS DSP - it's a great pop of interest don't you think? And the banner from the STYLISH SHAPES DIES was perfect for my BRAGWORTHY sentitment.
These TROPICAL LAYERS DIES are retiring and they're 50% off right now!
Dimensions:
- Starry Sky 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" fold in half and cut off 1 1/4" front right side & scrap
- Basic White 2 @ 2 3/4" x 5 1/4 & scrap
- Sun Prints DSP 1" x 5 1/4" & 2 5/8" x 5 1/8"
- In Color Glimmer Paper scrap

This card is all about squares - those STYLISH SHAPES DIES came through again - I really like the look of all these different patterns and colors together. And the sentiment - isn't that the truth? ADULTING is hard right?
The IN COLOR MATTE DOTS worked perfect for an embellishment for this card. I die cut various sizes of stitched squares from the STYLISH SHAPES DIES.
Decorate those insides - just a little bit of DSP - it's easy and I usually use up scraps - YAY!
