Totally Techniques Blog Hop - #simplestamping

Totally Techniques

Welcome to the January Totally Techniques Blog Hop! We are featuring the SIMPLE STAMPING today. I had so much fun making these cut critter cards with a get well theme. They are quick and easy - I know you'll have fun making them too!

I have a video tutorial here that shows all the details here:

If the video above does not play - click HERE to watch it on my blog.

You're going to love these little critters! The SPECIAL SOMEONE stamp is a 2 step stamping technique where you'll find detailed or outline stamps along with the bold stamps that allow you to use color to fill in the detailed ones. I love these types of stamps and this was the perfect set for some quick and easy stamping.

Here's my little raccoon with Coastal Cabana cardstock and ink:

And Petal Pink seemed like a nice soothing color for this get well card featuring the little mouse:

And last but not least...the squirrel!!! Soft Sea Foam was the color I chose - soft and soothing and sure to make my friends and/or family that are under the weather feel better!

Exciting news!!! We have coordinating dies for some of our mini catalog and Sale-a-Bration products coming FEBRUARY 4TH!!! I'm sooo excited about this!!!! You'll find a download below that shows you all the details and also a flyer that shows which die sets coordinate with which stamp sets! You can purchase any of the dies starting February 4th:

Here's the dies that coordinate with the SPECIAL SOMEONE stamp set - they are fabulous!!! I love the GRASS die!!!

NOTE CARDS & ENVELOPES are my GO TO when I need quick and easy cards - you get 20 of each in a pack and they are "legal" to mail!

You'll find a complete list of all the ingredients that I used to make these cards in the SHOPPING LIST down below.

This set of get well cards would make a fabulous gift for anyone! Make up a set of them in different colors and tie a ribbon around them. I'll bet you'll get a great big hug!

I encourage you to make some cards using the SIMPLE STAMPING technique and share them on social media. Make sure you use the hashtag #simplestamping to get entered in a drawing that Stampin' Up! has going - you never know - you might win!!!
