Stamping Society December Blog Hop - Mercury Glass Designer Acetate

Welcome to the STAMPING SOCIETY ONLINE VIDEO TUTORIALS BLOG HOP for November! We are featuring the incredible MERCURY GLASS DESIGNER ACETATE. It features a faux mercury glass finish on acetate sheets. You get 4 12" x 12" sheets of two different designs in a pack. I'm bursting at the seams to show you what I made!!! This stuff is soooo gorgeous!

Here's a close up of one of my cards. I used the Mercury Glass Designer Acetate as the card base and also as an overlay on my pine tree - pretty cool look right?

What do you think? I love using this amazing acetate as the card base! Such a fun and unique look. And the Rectangle Stitched Dies make layering so seamless. I chose the Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper - so many different patterns to choose from. And it makes a pretty spectacular envelope flap too right?

Here's the inside. I finished off the inside and back so you can't see a mess through the acetate.

Dimensions:

• Mercury Glass Designer Acetate 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
• Wrapped In Plaid DSP & Whisper White for Rectangle Dies
• Envelope Flap 2 1/2" x 6"

Here's a Cherry Cobbler version. I used the Shaded Spruce Stampin' Blend Marker to color the SILVER METALLIC EDGED RIBBON to match. You'll find a complete list of all the products I used to make these cards in the SHOPPING LIST down below.
