Feature Friday - VIDEO TUTORAL

Did you catch my Wednesday tip video this week? If not - you'll find it HERE. I shared a whole bunch of tips for the PIGMENT SPRINKLES. And then I promised to use the background layers I created and show you some cards that I created with them. Well...here you go!

These background layers are so vibrant and cheerful...and super easy to make right? I chose the Sweet Silhouettes Dies for a dramatic look. That tree - oh my that tree! The sentiment is from Healing Hugs - a must have to all your GET WELL needs.

Simple greeting inside that leaves you plenty of room to write your personal message.

Dimensions:

• Basic Gray 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"
• Whisper White 5 1/8" x 3 7/8:
• Shimmer White 3 3 /4" x 5"
• Basic Black scrap

And who doesn't love a simple fun fold? By cutting my 3 3/4" x 5" Pigment Sprinkle layer in half, I created two layers for this easy card.

Black is the layer that I use most often to make my cards pop. Do you love that dandelion? I sure do!

This card doesn't leave as much room for a personal message but I plant to sign my name on the inside and write my message on the back - great solution!

• Daffodil Delight 11" x 4 1/4" scored at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"
• Basic Black 2 @ 3 7/8" x 2 5/8" & scrap
• Shimmer White 3 3/4" x 5" cut in half to make 2 pieces 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

Hi Kelly! I’m wondering whether you need to use a fixative on the cardstock after it’s dry. If someone touches the card with moist fingertips, will they get full of pigment?
