Totally Techniques Blog Hop - Z Fold Card

Welcome to the February TOTALLY TECHNIQUES BLOG HOP!!! We are featuring the Z FOLD card this month. I love fun folds - they are my favorite! I chose the new Painted Seasons bundle for my cards.

I love the bright, fun colors with this combination! Pool Party and Lemon Lime Twist are smashing together! I also love it when we have designer series paper with a subtle design so you can stamp right on it - what do you think? I used the LIFE IS GRAND stamp set - the font is amazing!!!

Here's the inside panel - aren't the flowers real looking?

And a view from the top. The Z Fold card looks difficult but it's really pretty easy once you get your cardstock cut and scored.

DIMENSIONS:

• Pool Party 11" x 4 1/4" scored at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"
• Painted Seasons DSP 5 1/4" x 4" & 2 @ 2 1/2" x 4"
• Lemon Lime Twist 10" x 2 3/4" scored at 4 3/4" & 7 1/2"
• Painted Seasons DSP 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" & 2 1/2" x 2 1/4"

And then I had to make another one (I couldn't stop myself) with the beautiful Grapefruit Grove and Poppy Parade floral print. I used Poppy Parade for the back panel and Early Espresso for the front panel. Don't you love the FRIEND die cut from the WELL WRITTEN FRAMELITS? 

The floral images is so detailed - you could make this in so many different color combinations.
