How fun is this card??? I love the Lemon Lime ghosts and the DSP in the background was perfect!

Cutting & Scoring: 

• Gorgeous Grape Card Base: 5 ½” x 8 ½” (folded in half)

Instructions:

• Stamp the dog and word images on Whisper White scrap using Memento Black ink.
• Color and blend the dog image with the Stampin Blends Markers.
• Cut out the images with the Stitched Shapes dies.
• Cut out the Layering Circle/Oval scallop frame rom the Gorgeous Grape.
• Attach the image panel to the scallop frame border using Snail Adhesive.
• Tie ribbon around the DSP and assemble card base using Snail Adhesive.
• Assemble the card with Snail adhesive. Use dimensionals on the circle and oval panels.
• Attach Glitter Dots.

Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop - Holiday Mini Catalog

 

Welcome to the Stamper's Dozen blog hop! Today we are concentrating on the Holiday Mini Catalog - Anything But Christmas so I chose the Country Home stamp set - isn't it pretty? It's one of those sets that as soon as I saw it I thought WOW - SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!

 

Here's what I came up with - a super quick and easy card to make. The TIN TILE embossing folder is amazing with the GALVANIZED METALLIC PAPER - I love it! I also used the SUBTLE EMBOSSING FOLDER on the Rich Razzleberry layer.

Winter Woods Product Highlight

OSAT Blog Hop - I Need A Hero

Welcome to the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop! Our theme for today is I NEED A HERO. Well apparently I do need a hero because I could not think of a hero to make my projects for so I turned it around and made some masculine get well cards and maybe...just maybe I will be someone's hero when I deliver these cards in their time of need? It might be a long shot...and being a hero requires some pretty big shoes - but I'm willing to give it a shot!

I chose the WINTER WOODS stamp set and combined it with the fabulous greetings from HEALING HUGS. These are two MUST HAVES in my book.

I love love love the birch trees and combined with the PINEWOOD PLANKS embossing folder and a little sponging - I think my card turned out pretty good....what do you think?

There's not a lot of fluff on my man cards....they (men) are pretty straight forward most of the time and don't require a lot...right? Do you like the Vellum Cardstock leaves? I thought they were a great embellishment for this layout.

• Night of Navy 11" x 4 1/4" scored at 5 1/2" & scrap
• Whisper Whate 2 @ 4" x 5 1/4" & scrap

And my second card is another quick and easy one - I am going to have a blast making more cards with these trees - they have such a classic look!

• Night of Navy 4" x 5 1/4" & scrap
• Whisper White 3 7/8" x 5 1/8", 4" x 5 1/4" & scrap

And then I thought this cute little box was a perfect gift for my sick friend. I think it will hold a little cup of coffee too!

My box is a simple 2-4-6-8 Box - I give you some great details to make your own in my video. I can't hardly wait for one of my man friends to get sick...OH NO...that's not right! I will wait patiently and be happy that I have these cards and this little gift ready when I need them.

First Frost Bundle

Can I just say OMGOSH!!! This bundle is elegant and GOR-JEE-OUS! I love it! Here's a photo of all the images that are included in the dies:

Project Sheet Monday - FREE Download

 

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Country Home (147678);
• Card Stock – Blackberry Bliss (133675); Crushed Curry (131199); Whisper White (100730)
• Stamp Pads – Smokey Slate (131202)
• Misc. – Country Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) (147804); Smokey Slate Blends (145058); Old Olive Blends (144597); Blackberry Bliss Blends (147932); Cajun Craze Blends (147931); Mango Melody Blends (147945); Paper Snips (103579); Stampin’ Trimmer (126889); Layering Ovals Framelits (141706); Stitched Shapes Framelits (145372); Big Shot (143263)

 

Measurements: 

• Blackberry Bliss: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”
• Crushed Curry: 5 1/4” x 4”
• Whisper White: 5” x 3 3/4”, scrap
• DSP:  Up to 10 pieces of 1 ½” x 6”

 

Instructions:

1. With your paper trimmer cut all of the DSP in half diagonally on the 1 ½” side. You will have very long (6”) triangles.
2. Place all of your triangles on your Whisper White CS. All of the points should be pointing to the right side in the middle. Glue them down when you are happy with their placement. Flip the card over and trim all of the excess DSP.
3. Stamp the watering can and the flowers onto the scrap of white CS. Stamp the label on the scrap and fussy cut it out. Die cut with the stitched shapes thinlit.
4. Cut the scallop oval from the middle of your Crushed Curry CS.
5. Color as desired with Stampin’ Blends.
6. Layer the oval and the scalloped oval. Glue to the white, sun ray layer.
7. Trim the oval even with the side of the white CS.
8. Layer the rest of the card together.
