Facebook Live Replay & Card Details 3.18.18

WOWZERS! I have a jam packed video for you - just in case you missed it Sunday night on my Facebook page. I'm featuring the BLACK ICE TECHNIQUE - sooooooo amazing! You'll be able to watch the full unedited version here:

Here are the first two cards I made - you'll find all the details for both of them on my blog post from yesterday:

Here's my BLUE ICE  card! I used the COUNTRY LIVIN' stamp set for this one:

  • Island Indigo 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
  • Basic Black 4-7/8" x 3-5/8"
  • Silver Foil Sheets 4-3/4" x 3-1/2"
  • Whisper White 1/2" x 3-1/2"
  • Smokey Slate scrap

Love the details in this photo!

STYLIZED BIRTHDAY is my favorite birthday greeting!

And oh my the COPPER FOIL!!!! I love this stunning beach scene.

  • Crushed Curry 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" & scrap
  • Bermuda Bay 4" x 5-1/4"
  • Copper Foil Sheets scrap

This might be my favorite!!! The copper foil and the BLACK ICE technique gives the illusion of a beautiful beach scene. I also ran another layer of Copper Foil through the Big Shot in the BASKET WEAVE embossing folder. The COUNTRY LIVIN' set provided my guitar. I just stamped it on Bermuda Bay cardstock with black ink and fussy cut it.

The light is hitting this one just this:

I'm going to do a video on the barn door card below - I'll share the details on that one when I do. Watch for it in the future:

What you did on Sunday during the FB LIVE was amazing! I absolutely loved this technique, I had not seen it before and did not know what sort of effect it could make. But wow what wonderful cards were made using this. Thank you for demonstrating this to us crafters. :O)
