It's a TROPICAL PARTY!
04/11/2010
It looks like a TROPICAL PARTY!!!! YES it was! These are the gifts that I gave to my TEAM members that attended the Milwaukee Regional Convention on Saturday!
It's a Magnetic Memo Board!!! How stinkin' cute is that??? I used the NEW Island Oasis Designer Series Paper, the NEW Tropical Party stamp set, and the NEW Island Floral BIGZ Die in the upcoming Summer Mini Catalog!!!! Did I say NEW????
Here's the inside of the tag I used for each board. The tag is from the 2-Tag Bigz Die in the Big Idea Book & Catalog - I LOVE that die!!! All the flowers on this board are from the same NEW die. I used a tiny "watch battery" size magnet under the small flower with the Rhinestone Brad. The metal sheets are roof flashings (5" x 7") from a local home improvement store. The Crop-A-Dile is a MUST for this project - it punches the holes for the ribbon like butter!
Thanks so much to Jean - my rubber elf - for all her help with these boards and also to Kristine from Oshkosh - she gave me the "I'm glad you are a part of my team" stamp for the inside!!!!
Would you like one of these boards???
Leave a comment below and you'll be entered in a drawing to WIN one!!!! Make sure you leave your email address - so I can contact you!
Or you can buy a kit....(US ONLY)
The kits includes everything you need to make one of your own!!!
(The Designer Series Paper strip will vary for each kit - you'll need to get the Tropical Party stamp set when it becomes available on May 1st to stamp your cardstock background - S&H $4.95)
Thanks for stopping by....
What an awesome idea! I'm so excited to try this project. Thanks for all the info! Your creativity is inspirational! Keep creating!

Hi,
I love the project. I would love to win one also. This is the first time to your blog and I must say, I am totally impressed with your ideas. Did you have to paint the flashing? Linda

How fun and colorful! Leave it to stampers to find crafting supplies at a home improvement store. Thanks for sharing your projects,

These are AWESOME!! I LOVE mine!! Thanks for all you do for us boss! Ya know I have to try these now. I picked up the "roof flashing shingles" at Menards here in central WI. They are pre-cut 5" X 7" pieces and come in a pack of 10.
Thanks again for the stinkin' cute idea!!!
